Lynda Roundtree wasn't born in Texas but as the say goes,  she got here as fast as she could. Born and raised in Wisconsin, Lynda has lived in the Dallas area for nearly 20 years.  Lynda graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and obtained her law degree with honors from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law.   

As a third-generation real estate professional (both her mother and grandmother were agents), Lynda returned to her real estate roots after a successful career as a commercial litigator. Lynda brings an attorney's approach to assessing her clients needs. She understands the importance of listening to her clients, advising them and providing accurate research based on the current real estate market.  Lynda uses her well-developed contract and negotiation skills to protect her client's interest and expertly guide deals to the closing table.  Working on a team, Lynda is also able to deliver clients a concierge level of service, ensuring each  transaction will be handled smoothly. 

Aside from her professional life, Lynda enjoys spending time with her 6 grown children and husband of 34 years.  Lynda is actively involved in her church and various ministries.  She loves to study, travel, cook, shop and of late has become a bit of a gym rat.  Most mornings, around 5:30 am, you will find her at the local gym with her husband.

In both professional and personal life, Sonya McWilliams remains mindful of the words of Winston Churchill, “Success is not final; failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.” Born in Kansas and raised in California, Sonya McWilliams is proud to be a naturalized Dallas, Texan. Those who know her, describe her as honest and compassionate with an ability to mirror and match different personality types. Hardworking and diligent, she is also firm when necessary, representing her clients with strong negotiating abilities.

Throughout her roles asn a personal trainer, fitness instructor, domestic engineer, and realtor, Sonya has lived in the same area for 20+ years. A licensed realtor in the Dallas metropolitan area for 11 years, she and her husband have owned 3 properties. Her knowledge and experience allow her to provide a wealth of information about the area and the market trends as they shift.

Sonya specializes in areas such as Allen, Fairview, Lucas, McKinney, Melissa, and other North Texas Communities. The continuous thread throughout her successful career is her determination to stay on top of the market changes and educate herself on matching the current market to her clients’ needs. Sonya does not simply help clients buy and sell properties; she provides a full-service transaction for her clients, from staging and photography to concierge services and connecting clients to related professional services they may desire. The typical price range of her sales is anywhere from $350,000 to over $1M+.

Beyond the world of real estate, Sonya has a heart for helping others. She stays in shape through various athletic activities such as her Peloton and weightlifting. As a mother of 3 grown sons and a Nana to two grandsons, her marriage of over 31 years keeps her busy. She enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
